Is disposal really included in the price?

Yes — completely. Labour, hauling, and every dump fee are all in your one flat price. No surprise charges at the end.

How much does it cost?

Every custom job is different — a deck, a shed, and a pile of backyard junk are all priced on their own. Send a couple photos and we'll give you one flat, all-in quote (labour, hauling and disposal included) before any work starts. Garage cleanouts have set pricing — see our garage cleanout page.

Do I need to sort or clean anything before you come?

Nope. Just point out anything you want to keep and we handle the rest.

Do I have to be home?

You don't. Plenty of our customers hand off access and come back to an empty garage.

How soon can you come?

Usually within 1–2 days. We'll lock in a date on your quote call.

How do I pay, and when?

You pay only when the job's done. We accept cash or e-transfer.

What if there's more stuff than expected on the day?

We confirm your flat price up front; if the job's bigger than the photos showed, we tell you before we start — never a surprise mid-job.

Do you only do garages?

Nope — garages are our specialty, but we also tear down decks and sheds and haul away backyard junk, old furniture, appliances, and reno debris. Send a couple photos for a flat custom quote.

What do you take?

Almost everything — old furniture, appliances, boxes, junk, yard stuff. If there's something we can't take, we'll tell you straight up front.

What areas do you serve?

What if I only need part of my garage cleared?
